Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

  • migrates the tests of @stdlib/stats/incr/mmeanstdev from the EPS/tolerance approach to ULP-based assertions using @stdlib/assert/is-almost-same-value.
  • applies an inline ULP value of 1 to the single tolerance-based assertion (the standard deviation returned when acc() is invoked without an argument, in "if not provided an input value, the accumulator function returns the current arithmetic mean and corrected sample standard deviation"). The measured minimum that passes is 0 (exact match); 1 was kept as a conservative bound against platform differences. Results were identical across two runs.
  • removes the now-unused abs and EPS requires and the delta/tol variables.
