Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

  • migrates the tests of constants/float64/pi-squared from an EPS-based tolerance check to isAlmostSameValue, per the ULP-based testing approach.
  • removes the now-unused abs and EPS requires and the delta/tol variables.
  • uses an inline ULP count of 0 for the single call site (test export equals π², comparing pow( PI, 2 ) against PI_SQUARED). 0 is the measured minimum: the values are exactly equal. The suite was run twice at the final value with identical, passing results.
