Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

  • propagates fixes merged to develop between 2026-10-10 13:09 UTC and 2026-10-11 13:09 UTC to sibling packages.

Missing section separator (8484af7). Adds the * * * separator before the C API section, matching stats/base/dists/poisson/quantile.

  • stats/base/dists/beta/logcdf
  • stats/base/dists/binomial/{cdf,kurtosis,logpmf,mean,mgf,quantile,stdev}
  • stats/base/dists/bradford/{cdf,median,mode,pdf,quantile}
  • stats/base/dists/discrete-uniform/{logcdf,logpmf,pmf,quantile}
  • stats/base/dists/erlang/{kurtosis,logpdf,skewness,variance}
  • stats/base/dists/negative-binomial/{cdf,pmf,quantile}
  • stats/base/dists/normal/mean

Spacing in parentheses (4c5e602). Adds spaces inside the parentheses around compile instanceof Error in the test skip options.

  • math/base/tools/evalpoly-compile
  • math/base/tools/evalpoly-compile-c
  • math/base/tools/evalrational-compile
  • math/base/tools/evalrational-compile-c

Test description (bec39c0). Rewords "if provided k is not a nonnegative integer" to match stats/base/dists/erlang/quantile.

  • stats/base/dists/erlang/pdf
  • stats/base/dists/erlang/logpdf

Missing @private tag (0dc8320). Adds @private to the inner accumulator JSDoc. It was the only ml/incr/* or stats/incr/* accumulator without the tag.

  • ml/incr/sgd-regression

No.

Validation

  • For each pattern, candidate sites came from a repository-wide search, then went through two independent validation passes, an adaptation pass, and a style-consistency pass. A site was kept only if all four passes approved it.
  • Excluded blas/ext/base/ssort2ins and stats/base/dists/invgamma/quantile. Both already have a * * * separator, just placed before the HTML comment.
  • No sites found for the remaining fixes in the window: the documented default in simulate/iter/periodic-sinc, the )|| spacing in betaincinv C source, and the makie example command names.
  • Adaptive fixes needing generated example values (e.g., the @example additions in f998def) were not propagated.
