Resolves #15547 .
Description
This` pull request fixes a JavaScript lint error caused by an unnecessarily nested onRender function in lib/node_modules/@stdlib/_tools/docs/www/readme-database/lib/render.js.
The onRender callback was moved from inside the next function to the outer render function scope, as required by the stdlib/no-unnecessary-nested-functions lint rule.
