Progresses #11352.

Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

  • migrates stats/base/dists/uniform/entropy test files from the old EPS-based relative-tolerance idiom (delta <= tol, where tol = EPS * abs( expected )) to ULP-based assertions using @stdlib/assert/is-almost-same-value.
  • applies the change to both test/test.js and test/test.native.js.
  • the final ULP bound is 0 (exact match) for the fixture-based test (the function returns the differential entropy of a uniform distribution), measured by computing the actual ULP difference between computed and expected values across all 1000 fixtures (stats/base/dists/uniform/entropy/test/fixtures/julia/data.json). The suite was run twice at this bound to confirm determinism.

Disclosure

If you answered "yes" to using AI assistance, please provide a short disclosure indicating how you used AI assistance. This helps reviewers determine how much scrutiny to apply when reviewing your contribution. Example disclosures: "This PR was written primarily by Claude Code." or "I consulted ChatGPT to understand the codebase, but the proposed changes were fully authored manually by myself.".

This PR was written entirely by Claude Code, running as an unattended scheduled task. It discovered the candidate package, studied prior-art ULP migrations (e.g. math/base/special/covercos, stats/base/dists/negative-binomial/pmf, stats/base/dists/halfnormal/stdev) to mirror the established idiom, converted the test files, and determined the tightest ULP bound agentically by measuring the actual ULP difference across the fixture set.
