    ✅ Updates from last week

    • added complex-precision packages for the *tril operations under blas/ext/base/*
    • added real and complex-precision packages for the *triu2tril operations under blas/ext/base/*
    • added real and complex-precision packages for the *tril2triu operations under blas/ext/base/*
    • added real and complex-precision packages for the *triu operations under blas/ext/base/ndarray/*

    🕵️ Pull requests I reviewed

    • None

🧑‍🎓 One thing I learned last week

    • I learned the intricacies of index mapping and loop bounds when reflecting a lower triangular matrix into an upper triangular matrix (*tril2triu), specifically how to efficiently apply strides and the k diagonal offset to manipulate 2D structures stored in 1D flat buffers without redundant iterations.

🔭 My plan for the current week

    • adding real and complex-precision ndarray wrappers for *tril.
    • adding real and complex-precision ndarray wrappers for *triu2tril
    • adding real and complex-precision ndarray wrappers for *tril2triu.
    • reviewing the C implementation for level 2 blas/base/* packages : strmv, strsv, dtrsv, dtrmv, and dspr.
    • adding generic packages for level 2 blas/base/* : gsyr2, gsymv, gspr, and gspmv.

🙏 Challenges that I've faced and things I'd like help with

    • None

🏝️ My availability for next week

    • I'll be uncertain on weekends due to exam prep

    💬 Important items for discussion

    ✅ Updates from last week

    🕵️ Pull requests I reviewed

    None

🧑🎓 One thing I learned last week

    • I learned various things that require my attention after looking at @kgryte's review of my PR for dlasrt routine. Many of these are applicable for my other routines as well.

🔭 My plan for the current week

    • I plan on working on finishing the dorgbr routine and work dormbr routine. Apart from this main focus of this and the next week will be cleaning up all the PRs, or atleast the ones that require minimum work.

🙏 Challenges that I've faced and things I'd like help with

    None

🏝️ My availability for next week

    • I'll be off through the weekend due to a family function.

    💬 Important items for discussion

🙌 Thanks I'd like to give

    • Thanks! I’d also like to thank @kgryte for reviewing my PRs.

    ✅ Updates from last week

    • I worked on the trail, image, rule, and group marks, along with the field descriptor.

    🕵️ Pull requests I reviewed

    • I reviewed and provided feedback on the following PRs:

      • None.

🧑🎓 One thing I learned last week

    • I learned how group works in Vega, it acts like a container that gives the marks inside it their own coordinate space. It can also have its own data, scales, and axes, which makes it possible to build multi-panel and layered charts by essentially nesting charts inside charts.

🔭 My plan for the current week

    • I plan to work on the base implementation needed for the scatter plot.

🙏 Challenges that I've faced and things I'd like help with

    • Nothing for now.

🏝️ My availability for next week

    • I’ll have limited availability due to exams.

    💬 Important items for discussion

    • None.

    ✅ Updates from last week

    🕵️ Pull requests I reviewed

🧑🎓 One thing I learned last week

    • I learned more about stdlib conventions and best practices through the reviews and feedback from Karan and Athan.

🔭 My plan for the current week

    • After dlagts and dlagtm are merged, I plan to work on the other reviewed PRs and address any remaining feedback on them

🙏 Challenges that I've faced and things I'd like help with

    • I’m currently waiting for dlagts and dlagtm to be merged, as dlagtm is required for some of my upcoming routine and will also help me better understand their implementation.

🏝️ My availability for next week

    • I’ll be available throughout the whole week.

    💬 Important items for discussion
