Add ISBN barcode generator and KDP series read-through calculator - #48

Two new KDP Tools pages: - ISBN barcode generator: checks an ISBN-10 or ISBN-13 and builds a print-ready EAN-13 barcode with the EAN-5 price add-on, as SVG, PDF (100% black only) and 1-bit 600 ppi PNG. Own encoder with OCR-B outlines from CTAN; zxing and bwip-js are test-only dev dependencies. - KDP series read-through calculator: read-through at each step, what one new book 1 reader earns across the series, and the break-even ad cost, with Kindle Unlimited, Countdown Deals and free book 1. Shared: UiDownloadAction gains isDisabled and lazy contents; UiRepeatableList gains minItems (defaults to 0). Card art, catalog rows and page registry entries for both tools. What this adds
Two new tools in the KDP Tools catalog.
/isbn-barcode-generator): checks an ISBN-10 or ISBN-13, explains any typo, and builds a print-ready cover barcode (EAN-13 plus the EAN-5 price code) as SVG, PDF and PNG. The PDF uses 100% black ink only, and the PNG is 1-bit at 600 ppi. It shows whether the barcode fits KDP's and IngramSpark's barcode areas./series-read-through-calculator): read-through at each step of a series, what one new book 1 reader earns across the series, and the most you can spend on ads to get one. Handles Kindle Unlimited, Countdown Deals and a free or $0.99 book 1.Shared changes
