Add five SaaS calculators to the SaaS Tools catalog - #45

New tools: startup runway calculator, MRR goal calculator, annual plan discount calculator, free trial conversion calculator, and churn rate converter. Each has its engine, focused tests, page, MDX content, card art, and research and spec docs. The SaaS Tools catalog intro and "Which SaaS calculator do I need?" table now cover them.
