bash

bash is the default shell in APExp and it is started from the apexp-sh login script.

bash can be run in two modes: in a native rio window (run apexp-sh). Some disadvantages in this mode is that long command line entries get strangely formatted (readline bug) and arrow history does not work. The second method is under vt100 emulation using vts/vtwin (run apexp-sh -v). In this mode, tab completion and arrow history work well.
