feat: update chronostrat

This PR updates the chronostratigraphy defaults to the 2026/06 International Commission on Stratigraphy (ICS) revision:

• Updated the default GeologicTimePeriod tree data to the 2026/06 ICS chronostratigraphy chart.
  This includes revised rank names, hierarchy, and age boundaries.
• Added the new 2026/06 chronostratigraphy chart image for the ChronoChart attachment plugin.
• Updated the component to reference the new chronostratChart2026-06.jpg

Tree data was generated using this tool: https://github.com/grantfitzsimmons/chronostrat-tree-generator

Testing instructions

• Deploy the changes to a test instance with a Paleo/Geo discipline
• View the Chronostrat chart using the clock icon in the Chronostrat tree chronostratChart2026-06.jpg image loads and displays correctly.
• For a new database or geo/paleo discipline, verify the GeologicTimePeriod tree is populated with the updated 2026/06 ICS chronostratigraphy data (ranks, names, and hierarchy).
• Confirm that GeologicTimePeriod pick lists and tree navigation reflect the updated nomenclature from the 2026/06 revision.
