This issue is a reminder that we should add one or multiple repositories to this organisation in order to generate clients for the following precompiles:
We could either create one repository per precompile (e.g. @solana-program/ed25519) or one repository for all precompiles (i.e. @solana-program/precompiles).
Note that, whilst there would be no BPF program to add to the repositories, this is not an issue since we can offer Codama IDLs for these precompiles regardless and use them to generate clients.
