Description
Fixes #4748.
Copies each tab item test ID onto its backing tab view so XCUITest can find native tabs mounted after the initial render on iOS 26. Based on the work in wix/react-native-navigation#8254.
The workaround is limited to iOS 26, preserves existing identifiers, and uses a bounded retry for delayed UIKit view creation.
