What changed in this PR
This PR prepares the library and example app for React Native 0.88 without changing native library code.
Changes:
- Moves iOS example startup and link handling into a scene delegate.
- Refreshes dependency lockfiles and web React DOM types.
- Extends the documented compatibility range to RN 0.88.
