Routine dev-dependency bump of the typescript-eslint meta-package from ^8.67.0 to ^8.71.2 in package.json, with the companion pnpm-lock.yaml update handled by Dependabot. The range spans three releases (8.68.x–8.71.2): 8.71.0 is a minor that adds one new opt-in type-checked rule (no-unsafe-enum-assignment, not enabled unless you opt in) plus fixes; 8.71.1 and 8.71.2 are patch releases with rule fixes only (notably no-unused-vars false-positive fixes, prefer-optional-chain autofix safety, and no-misused-promises argument handling). No documented breaking changes and no changes to peer-dependency, Node, or TypeScript constraints, so the existing typescript@^5.9.3 remains supported. Nothing in the diff affects app code; the only thing reviewers might glance at is whether CI lint output shifts (some fixes change rule behaviour, generally reducing false positives), but no config change is required.
