Routine Dependabot dev-dependency bump: @typescript-eslint/parser moves from 8.67.0 to 8.71.2 (bug-fix releases, including no-unused-vars and prefer-optional-chain fixes), with the lockfile updated separately. Nothing in the app code changes. The one thing reviewers should look at is the sibling @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin, which is left at ^8.67.0, so the installed tree will run parser and plugin at mismatched versions until its companion bump lands.

warning — This bumps the parser but leaves @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin at ^8.67.0, so the lockfile will resolve parser to 8.71.2 while the plugin stays at 8.67.0. typescript-eslint publishes all packages in lockstep and doesn't support/guarantee mixed parser/plugin versions, so lint runs until the companion plugin bump lands are on an unsupported skew.
