Target endpoints are still in development right? We can merge this PR but we need to release it as RC. Am I correct? Thanks! |

Correct on both counts. The wallet upgrades/admin-operations endpoints are spec-only for now — the courier implementation is still in progress and since crec-api-go is itself at rc10 with the contract still evolving, we'll cut the SDK release as an RC |
