- Added new application error codes for wallet operations, including admin operations and upgrades.
- Introduced structures for handling wallet admin operations and upgrades, including CreateWalletAdminOperation and CreateWalletUpgrade.
- Implemented new endpoints for listing, creating, and retrieving wallet admin operations and upgrades.
- Enhanced Wallet and WalletTypeVersion structures to support new fields related to upgrades and capabilities.
- Updated server interface to include new methods for wallet admin operations and upgrades.
- Added query parameters for filtering wallet admin operations and upgrades in the respective list endpoints.
