The source track predicate types, the final v1 ones and the draft ones source-tool issued before the promotion, are now constants of the slsa-framework/protos module. Use them instead of repeating the strings here, so the verifier and the tools that write these attestations cannot drift apart. Signed-off-by: Adolfo Garcia Veytia (puerco) <puerco@carabiner.dev>
This ommit updates the components tha now live in the policy labs openssf org. Signed-off-by: Adolfo Garcia Veytia (puerco) <puerco@carabiner.dev>
Import signer, attestation and collector by their new names. The bumped command module already uses policylabs/signer, and the old and new module paths carry types that do not mix. Require the shared protos module by version instead of a local replace, so the build works outside this checkout. Signed-off-by: Adolfo Garcia Veytia (puerco) <puerco@carabiner.dev>

this pr adds the final bump as we prepare for the initial release cut. Specifically we deal with handling the renames of all the policylabs components that now live in the new openssf org.
