`--graph`, and `euthyna audit --base v0.8.0 --head v0.9.0 --graph` draws the provenance
graph from the published binary — exit 10, which is `FLAGGED` in the published contract, not
an error. **Its `clawhub` job failed** — see `### ClawHub registry` below.
- 🧪 `euthyna@0.9.1` published 2026-10-21 by the same workflow: tag `v0.9.1` → `d1901e0` (the
merge of the bump PR #45), run `39544590434` took `preflight`, `publish` **and `clawhub`** green —
the first run of the looped publish step, and its `Verify the ClawHub listing reached

the two fixes in the shipped artifact: the header line is `euthyna-audit —` (producer name
printed once) and the Hermes `__init__.py` carries `_FORWARDS = ('audit', 'coverage', 'deps',
'gate', 'help', 'history')`.

The same release merged differently: `gh pr merge --merge` succeeded on #42/#43/#44/#45 because
`mergeStateStatus` read `CLEAN`, where earlier releases read `BLOCKED` and needed the web UI or
`--admin`. Read the field rather than assuming either state.

One CI-reading fact from the same release: the bump PR's `node 24 on windows-latest` check
reported `fail` after 15m1s, and `gh run view --json jobs` called the same job `cancelled` with
