- Around line 306-308: Update the coverage flow that calls getSleepRecords and
getReferenceStages so it does not report incomplete results as complete when
either query reaches its limit. Fetch complete results or detect and expose
truncation for both queries, then mark derived coverage—including nights,
segments, epochs, and latestReferenceAt—as incomplete when truncated; changing
query ordering alone is insufficient.

Adversarial review (standard depth, Claude Sonnet + Codex sidecar, Skeptic-verified). Score 3: baseline +1, api +2.
Fixed on the branch (d9c8d9c, eaf2f0a):
- 🟡
overridescould only editrules, neverlowSignalRules→ addedlistselector. - 🟡 overrides were re-resolved at save time, so a concurrent edit could save something other than what was previewed → preview now returns
candidateRuleset; set points agents at it. - 🟡 change log dropped
before, making the advertised rollback impossible →beforeexposed on recent changes and the save result. - 🟢 coverage treated capped query results as complete (CodeRabbit) →
truncatedflag.
Remaining (inline below, author's call): unclipped coverage durations, post-save change attribution race, overclaiming zero-coverage hint, instruction wording, README count.
Pre-existing, not from this PR: classifyNights filters empty runs before taking latestEpochs, so "changed on the latest night" can describe an older night when the latest record has no vitals (real on pod .88: record 1074).
Mechanical: eslint, tsc, vitest all green. Recommendation: Approve once the Minors are triaged.

🟢 Coverage sums unclipped segment durations (Correctness)
getReferenceStages returns every segment that overlaps the 14-day window, unclipped. Summing end - start counts time outside the window; a 5-minute overlap from a segment that started a day earlier reproduced 289 epochs.
Suggested fix: Math.min(seg.end, endDate) - Math.max(seg.start, startDate) per segment. Leave latestReferenceAt as the real endpoint.

🟢 Post-save change attribution can describe another writer (Race Condition)
change is whichever entry is newest after the save. A save by another client between setClassifier and the follow-up getClassifier gets reported as ours.
Suggested fix: have setClassifier return the inserted entry (router change), or at minimum compare after.classifier with what was sent before trusting the entry.

🟢 Zero 14-day coverage does not mean the side cannot be scored (Correctness)
previewClassifier picks the latest N sleep records with no date cutoff, so a side whose Watch nights are older than 14 days still scores. The hint overclaims. Related: preview's own hint is null whenever reference exists, even when it covers no epoch midpoint and agreement is null.
Suggested fix: word as "no overlapping sleep records with reference stages in the last 14 days"; base preview's hint on actual agreement.

⚪ Wording: no-op saves are not logged; kappa rule conflicts with reset/rollback (Correctness)
The router inserts a change only when the summary is not "No change" (and the tests assert that). Line 28's "apply only when it improves kappa" also blocks a user-requested reset or rollback, which need not improve kappa.
Suggested fix: "Every classifier change is recorded…"; scope the kappa requirement to tuning and allow explicit reset/rollback.

Suggested fix: 26, or drop the hand-maintained count.

Why
A dry run against pod .88 showed the MCP surface gives an agent no way to see whether a side has Apple Watch reference stages, how the pod's stages disagree with them, or what a different ruleset would score. The agent had to fall back to raw REST. Default rules score kappa ~0 against Apple on the left side and the right side has no reference at all, but nothing in MCP exposed either fact.
What
scoreAgainstReferencenow also returns a 4x4confusion[reference][predicted]epoch matrix and per-stagerecall.epochs/accuracy/kappaare unchanged. ThesleepStagesrouter's agreement output schema includes the two new fields so tRPC output parsing does not strip them.get_sleep_summaryaddsreferenceAgreement(source, epochs, accuracy, kappa, confusion, recall) when the night has reference stages, elsenullplus areferenceHintpointing atimport_apple_watch_data.get_sleep_stage_rules(read-only): saved classifier per side,isDefault, preset ids, last five change-log entries, and 14-day reference coverage (nights,segments,epochs,latestReferenceAt).preview_sleep_stage_rules(read-only, never saves):presetId|ruleset|overrides [{ruleIndex, conditionIndex, value}], 1-14 nights. On pod .88 the pod HR correlates 0.33 with the watch, every HR-ratio ruleset scores kappa ~0.02, andhrvFirstreaches 0.09; the coverage hint now says so instead of letting an agent tune thresholds blindly.Test plan
