Summary

  • Add 🙂 to the README's latest release heading, matching its existing emoji style.
  • Keep this PR scoped to the README; Maintainers' Guide updates remain planned only.

Validation

  • Passed: git diff --check
  • Application tests not run (documentation-only change).
