feat: add AuthProviderBlock to @slack/types

Summary

This pull request adds the auth_provider block to @slack/types, matching slackapi/java-slack-sdk#1659.

• New AuthProviderBlock interface, added to KnownBlock.

Testing

Publish a Home tab with the block from an app that has features.user_connections enabled:
