- DataFrame.Functions declares no instances, so the pragma does nothing today; the day an orphan lands here it would silently turn INCOHERENT for every importer. - The sdist shipped none of the files the benchmark reads. housing, starwars, chipotle and measurements now ship (~2 MB); the 9.5 MB covid csv stays out and its bench group no-ops when absent.
