How to reproduce

1. To open LC-256
2. Failed to open with message [ERROR] failed to load locked problem! in OUTPUT section
3. Popup window with Error: Command "node "/Users/${USERNAME}/.vscode/extensions/leetcode.vscode-leetcode-0.18.0/node_modules/vsc-leetcode-cli/bin/leetcode",show,256,-x" failed with exit code "0". Please open the output channel for details.
