chore(deps): drop the stray bun tag hunk from the zod patch - #9432

The first hunk of patches/zod@4.3.6.patch created an empty .bun-tag-* file left over from regenerating the patch, with mismatched a/ and b/ paths. Bun writes its own tag on apply, so the hunk only added a second marker file. The size-check hunks are unchanged.
