Testing

Sent real mail through Groundmail with the same Nodemailer options Sim's SMTP provider builds (host, port, secure: port === 465 with SMTP_SECURE unset, auth: { user, pass }, name for EHLO):

SMTP_PORT=587   # also tested 2525
SMTP_USER=groundmail
SMTP_PASS=gmsmtp_...   # SMTP credential from the Groundmail dashboard
