To deploy your own copy:

cd C:\Users\Administrator\sunny-chess
npx vercel --prod --yes

Put API keys in the Vercel project Settings → Environment Variables (Production), never in the frontend:

• ZAI_API_KEY — scenario text (GLM)
• MINIMAX_API_KEY — board pictures and Pip’s voice

Play on your home Wi-Fi

cd C:\Users\Administrator\sunny-chess
.\start.ps1

Leave that window open. Then use http://localhost:8787 on this PC, or the On phones / tablets address printed in the window.

Modes

• Beginner — eight skills, a practice game, and practice scenarios (optional AI Mode).
• Play — Sleepy Pip (easy), Cocoa Pip (medium), Glasses Pip (hard), or pass-and-play with a friend.

Progress is stored in the browser (localStorage). Grown-ups can reset skills from the home screen.
