nw_path_is_ultra_constrained unavailable < iOS 26 #182

I'm having issue running netdev 0.45.0 on iOS with a rust lib, it crashes upon startup:

dyld[30071]: Symbol not found: _nw_path_is_ultra_constrained

After some digging around dependencies I noticed netdev does indeed use dyld[30071]: Symbol not found: _nw_path_is_ultra_constrained
It does seem under src/os/ios/network.rs there are references to nw_path_is_ultra_constrained(path).

This makes it incompatible with any iOS lower than 26. For now I'll try to use a version that predates this however just wanted to let you know.
