Adds accent colors for rapids-singlecell to
accents.jsonso its docs (scverse-doc) pick them up from the site instead of configuring them locally. See scverse/rapids-singlecell#856.#8E93F0→oklch(0.698 0.135 279.9)(primary)#F59A3A→oklch(0.764 0.152 62.8)
