Add the pertpy logo red as a second brand colour - #365

The pertpy logo is two-tone, and its docs use the red for the sidebar captions. Defining it here lets scverse-doc read it like the accent, and the design page tile blends both colours.

Adds the pertpy logo red (
#d2455e) as--pertpy-rednext to--pertpy-bluefrom #364 and blends both into the pertpy icon tile on the design page. scverse-doc will read it as pertpy's second colour for the docs' sidebar captions (scverse/scverse-doc#73).
