Weekly polls made before timezones were saved store their times with the creator's DST offset baked in. Editing one re-saved it in the new format (wall-clock time plus timezone), which moved its times away from the responses already saved in the old format. Edits to those polls now keep the old format, and the old format uses the selected timezone's offset instead of the browser's.

Testing

  • npm run test:unit (16/16) and npm run build pass.
  • Checked in the browser against a local server. Editing a weekly poll made before timezones were saved kept its stored times and saved no timezone. Editing a newer poll kept its timezone and times.
