- Introduced a new observability package for Prometheus metrics in the Todo API. - Implemented a `/metrics` endpoint to expose API metrics in a Prometheus-compatible format. - Added metrics for total HTTP requests, request duration, and in-progress requests. - Ensured metrics do not interfere with existing Todo API behavior or responses. - Created comprehensive tests for scraping metrics, monitoring traffic, errors, and request latency. - Documented the feature in quickstart, research, specification, and tasks files.
