Description of Issue
The bootstrap-salt.sh does not install salt-ssh. Salt-ssh is part of the salt programs as salt-minion or salt-syndic. There is also no option to include salt-ssh. It would be nice to be able to install the LTS or SLS versions as it does with salt and salt-minion.
Currently I use the deb files for installing salt-ssh but this method will be out of support after a certain period.

The salt installation is on a debian 12 virtual machine. The version of bootstrap is downloaded on 2023-12-23 with curl -o bootstrap-salt.sh -L https://github.com/saltstack/salt-bootstrap/releases/latest/download/bootstrap-salt.sh.
