The React runtime requirement is slightly bumped from `>=16.8` to `>=16.14`, but this is not considered a breaking change since the major version remains the same.

This PR updates all dependencies to get rid of the 34 security issues currently reported in GitHub. It also starts using the new React JSX transform from
react/jsx-runtime. It's been backported to 16.14.0 so the minimum required React version has been slightly bumped from>=16.8to>=16.14. I wouldn't consider this a breaking change though, since the major version remains the same and we're currently at React19.2.8anyway…
