What

  • Tracks coding-setup/: the CLIProxy + quota console + T3 + Tailscale rebuild kit (install.sh, check.sh, config templates, console with tests). It was only on one laptop before.
  • install.sh
    • CLIProxyAPI is no longer pinned: installs the newest release, verified against the sha256 GitHub publishes for the asset.
    • New agents phase installs claude, cursor-agent and opencode2.
    • T3 Nightly selection only takes -nightly. assets (preview builds install somewhere else).
    • Management key is read from the environment, not passed on a command line.
    • Tailscale phase tells you to join the new device and delete older ones in the admin console.
    • A full run pauses on a terminal to offer the Claude login, always prints next steps even when check fails, and exits with check's status.
  • Console
    • Pooled 7-day usage across Claude accounts, weighted by plan size.
    • Account type shown for every account and client.
    • Any Anthropic API failure or unknown plan tier shows an error card and banner instead of a dash.
  • 1-BasicSetUp.sh installs Node.js 24 by default.
  • Ubuntu 26.04 is Resolute Raccoon in README and CI.

CI

main was already red: 2-GenSoftware.sh installed pipewire-utils, which does not exist on 24.04 (E: Unable to locate package, apt exit 100). It now picks pipewire-bin or pipewire-utils, whichever the release has. The 26.04 job ran on ubuntu-latest, which is still 24.04, so it never tested 26.04; it now runs on ubuntu-26.04.

Running on real 26.04 exposed two more breakages in 1-BasicSetUp.sh, both fixed here:

  • neofetch is gone from 26.04, so fastfetch is installed where neofetch is not available.
  • The neovim-ppa/unstable index for resolute is incomplete (neovim-runtime not installable). The 26.04 archive already ships Neovim 0.11.6, so the PPA is only added when the archive version is older than the 0.11.2 LazyVim needs (still the case on 24.04).

Checks

  • node --test in coding-setup/cliproxy-console: 20 pass.
  • install.sh login/next-steps flow exercised with stubs: no tty, tty yes then no, tty decline, explicit failing check.
  • Both CI jobs (24.04 and 26.04) pass.
  • Personal-data sweep of the tree: only example.com fixtures and REPLACE_WITH_* placeholders.

- Track coding-setup/: CLIProxy + quota console + T3 + Tailscale rebuild kit
(install.sh, check.sh, config templates, console with tests)
- install.sh: unpinned CLIProxyAPI (newest release, GitHub asset sha256),
new `agents` phase for claude, cursor-agent and opencode2, T3 Nightly
selection that ignores preview builds, management key kept off argv,
tailscale reminder to remove older devices
- Console: capacity-weighted pooled 7-day usage across Claude accounts,
account type shown for every account and client, and any Anthropic API
failure or unknown plan tier now renders an error card and banner
- 1-BasicSetUp.sh installs Node.js 24 by default
- Ubuntu 26.04 is Resolute Raccoon in README and CI

…d 26.04 CI

- install.sh: a full run pauses on a terminal to offer the Claude login, always
prints next steps even when check fails, and exits with check's status
- 2-GenSoftware.sh: pick pipewire-bin or pipewire-utils, whichever the release
has (pipewire-utils does not exist on 24.04, which is what failed CI on main)
- CI: the 26.04 job runs on ubuntu-26.04; ubuntu-latest is still 24.04

The unstable PPA publishes an incomplete index for Ubuntu 26.04 (neovim-runtime
not installable), and the 26.04 archive already ships 0.11.6, which LazyVim accepts.
