Drop Bitwarden, the shared Hugging Face cache, apt VLC, the partner-repo edit, and the OpenCV image build. Install the GitHub and GitLab CLIs, the Session Manager plugin, Snap VLC and Surfshark, Stremio, and the xhisper, dltop, and herdr installs already on the machine. xhisper needs a Groq key in zshrc and the OSS 120B model in its config, and a desktop shortcut never reads zshrc, so the same export has to live in ~/.env. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
