Add Larry skin support for the bundled markdown_editor plugin

Proposal

Roundcube 1.7 ships the new bundled markdown_editor plugin for Markdown composing.

When using the Larry skin, the compose editor selector/control does not appear, so there is no visible way to switch to Markdown mode from the compose screen.

Please add first-party Larry skin support for the bundled markdown_editor plugin.

This should avoid requiring local plugin patches that get overwritten during Roundcube updates.

Environment:

• Roundcube 1.7.x
• Skin: Larry
• Plugin: bundled markdown_editor
• Issue: Markdown editor selection/control missing in compose

Motivation and context

There are still lots of Roundcube users that still use Larry and Larry derived skins so this should be added. Thank you for all your hard work.

Larry skin uses a <select> element to switch the editor mode. I think it will be easier to implement support for this on the plugin side. I'm not sure what other changes would be needed. @pabzm could you take a look at this, please?

Adding another voice to encourage the continued development of the Larry skin. For my part, I can share that there's a whole sea of folks in cPanel environments that wish it would be restored, even potentially to Roundcube's default deployment.
