Adds a Navigation section (overview, install, getting started, NavigationView, API reference) for the alpha
@rnmapbox/navigationpackage, written from its README and TS sources, plus links from the navbar, footer, landing page and the maps install guide.NavigationViewis on navigation's main but not in0.1.0-alpha.0, so its page is marked as not released yet. The extra guidance events,RNNavigationView(rnmapbox/navigation#9) and the Expo config plugin (rnmapbox/navigation#7) are only mentioned as upcoming, not documented.
