Description
This PR introduces a series of significant improvements to the developer experience, CI reliability, and application stability. It addresses four key areas: CI/CD workflow consolidation, test coverage enforcement, runtime API response validation, and state management boilerplate reduction.

These changes will make our CI process more efficient, prevent silent test failures, catch API contract mismatches early, and make our state management code cleaner and easier to maintain.
