Back button does not work after a component is edited and saved

One easy way to reproduce this issue is

Login
Open the Capital Expenditure Request Workflow
Edit the Assign Task component
Make change, example - change the email addresses in the forms.
Click Save
Now click the Back button
This button does not work

Expected - Back button should work

Impact -
Some users will boldly click the browser back button
However some users may worry that clicking the Browser back button may unsave their changes or return to Homepage or return to an undesirable state.
