…hoosing them The bundled x64/linux binary linked OpenSSL 1.1 and could not start on Ubuntu 22.04+. Replace it with the upstream 0.12.6.1-3 jammy build (source URL and sha256 in README and CHANGELOG). bootstrap.php and getStrategy() now run each candidate once with --version (cached per process) so a binary that cannot start falls through to the next candidate or Docker. CI tests the bundled binary on ubuntu-24.04 with only the README's runtime libraries. Refs #6
