Document the customer-managed (BYO) OCI registry option for Embedded Cluster v3 (Beta). Covers when to use it, prerequisites, getting the image list from the Enterprise Portal, the flat-namespace registry layout contract, online and air gap install procedures, the `ReplicatedImageName`/`ReplicatedImageRegistry` chart-authoring contract, and how containerd-level auth removes the need for chart-level imagePullSecrets in BYO mode. - New page: embedded-cluster/installing-embedded-byo-registry.mdx - Add --registry, --registry-username, --registry-password, --registry-ca-cert, --registry-tls-cert, and --registry-tls-key flags to the install reference - Link the new page from the overview and the sidebar Signed-off-by: Evans Mungai <evans@replicated.com>
