PR #1373 (cell branch feature/backend/94ef769a--b2b4d1dc) fails the Python quality gate only at scripts/reflow_md.py --check, on AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md and .entire/agent-guide.md, which came in from the cell branch's stale Oct 27-28 base. First call sync_branch(task_id) if your branch is behind its base. Then run python scripts/reflow_md.py (via the Makefile target if one exists, never raw uv run) on those three files so scripts/reflow_md.py --check exits clean. Commit only the reflowed files; do not touch git.py, pr_gate.py, tests or docs/map. Then run make gate and confirm the reflow check passes. If --check already passes after the sync and nothing differs, say so in your dev notes.
