New net.clojars.savya/psql-clj-aws artifact (modules/aws) revives the AWS RDS IAM auth idea from upstream PR remodoy#26, on the current AWS SDK v2 (the v1 aws-java-sdk-rds it used is end-of-life). psql.aws/rds-auth-token signs a short-lived RDS token locally from the AWS credential chain (no network call); psql.aws/iam-spec returns a psql.core/spec with that token as :password and sslmode=require. Unit-tested offline with static credentials (the token is a SigV4-signed string).
