Bumps the version to 0.24.0 and adds the changelog section.

• pyproject.toml and src/reducto/_version.py -> 0.24.0
• uv.lock re-locked (it pins the project's own version, so uv sync --locked fails without it)
• CHANGELOG.md: new ## 0.24.0 section covering chore: remove stainless tooling, consolidate on uv #110, ci: add spec drift check script and workflow #111, chore(09-08-2026): update schemas #113, ci: merge PyPI publish workflows, switch to trusted publishing #114

Verified with uv build (builds reductoai-0.24.0) and uv sync --all-extras --locked.

After merge

Create a GitHub release with tag v0.24.0. That starts:

• Publish PyPI -> publishes reductoai, then the reducto alias pinned to the same version
• Mintlify -> refreshes docs.reductoai.com
