Summary

Adds a page for the Redis Cloud remote MCP server, which Redis hosts at https://cloud.mcp.redis.io/mcp, and links it from the existing Redis MCP pages so readers can tell it apart from the local Redis Cloud MCP server.

Changes

• New content/integrate/redis-mcp/remote-cloud-mcp.md: remote vs local comparison, prerequisites (API keys, owner role for changes, CIDR allow list), client setup for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and VS Code, what you can do, change confirmations, limits, and troubleshooting.
• install.md and client-conf.md: rename the "Redis Cloud MCP" section to "Redis Cloud MCP (local)", keep its #redis-cloud-mcp anchor, and link to the new page.
• _index.md: one sentence that links to the new page.
• develop/setup/build-with-an-agent.md: a "See also" link to the new page.

• Draft until the server opens to all accounts, planned for next week. Please don't merge before then.
