The
scripts/list-unused-rules.phpflags rules not registered in any set. Deprecated rules are intentionally kept out of sets, so they showed up as false positives.Filter out rules implementing
DeprecatedInterface, mirroring the existing configurable-rule skip, and report the skipped count.
