Adds a public Adapter directory at the root URL, with provider search, category filters, capability and maturity information, deployment availability, and documentation links. A shared provider registry supplies both the public metadata endpoint and Worker module composition while preserving the existing provider initialization and authorization flows.

The page uses Hono JSX DOM and a typed Hono RPC client. The build includes the frontend assets and security headers. The public endpoint returns display metadata and configuration-presence flags without credentials or account data.

Validation: 206 tests across 39 files passed; Worker binding types, TypeScript checks, lint, documentation checks, and the Worker dry-run build passed. Local browser checks covered search, category filtering, empty results, desktop layout, and a 375px viewport without horizontal overflow. Code review found no blocking issues. Live provider OAuth flows and production deployment were not exercised.
