Summary: X-link: react/metro#2067 Soon, flow will interpret `Function` and `Object` to be their corresponding prototype instead of `any`. This diff changes the node.js libdef to use `any` to preserve existing behavior. Changelog: [Internal] Differential Revision: D125263780
