Summary: Mark `RCTLegacyViewManagerInteropCoordinator.h` as private, the last unguarded header in `legacyviewmanagerinterop`. Its only includer, `RCTLegacyViewManagerInteropCoordinatorAdapter.h`, is an exported header, so it now forward-declares the coordinator instead of importing it.
